The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip heads from Miami to New York, bringing plenty of Housewives history, old grudges, new reunions, and some unexpectedly emotional moments along the way.

Before leaving Miami, Lisa Hochstein hosts a lingerie party as the women reunite with the Miami Housewives. Melissa Gorga and Jacqueline Laurita agree to move forward from their past conflict, while Teresa and Melissa find themselves in a surprisingly good place. Lisa Barlow and Larsa Pippen continue to bicker, Lisa Barlow drops another round of celebrity names, and Lisa Hochstein delivers a speech that manages to turn the spotlight back onto herself. Adriana de Moura provides the entertainment before the group heads north.

In New York, Luann's boyfriend makes an appearance, but the women are increasingly frustrated by Luann's behavior. Dorinda Medley then hosts a Gangster Lunch in the Bronx, where Carole Radziwill delivers an emotional reading that gets everyone reflecting on their years in the Housewives world.

Teresa becomes particularly emotional talking about her daughters growing up on camera, while Kyle Richards opens up about watching her own children grow up through the show. The women rally around both of them, turning a lunch inspired by gangsters into one of the most heartfelt moments of the trip.

The mood shifts again when Luann hosts a Halloween party and the OG and new RHONY women arrive. Jessel Taank wastes little time shading Dorinda, while Porsha Williams' very late arrival leaves Luann—and everyone else—waiting.
