The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip arrives in Miami, where the women are welcomed by Real Housewives of Miami stars Alexia and Marysol for another round of cocktails, games, and Housewives chaos.
The drama from Atlanta follows the group to Miami as Gizelle remains frustrated with Lisa Barlow over her tardiness, while Teresa continues to defend Lisa. Gizelle also confronts Lisa about accusations that she's been talking to blogs, leaving Lisa emotional and once again turning to Teresa for support.
Meanwhile, Vicki's feelings about the Atlanta party—and the lack of support she felt from the OC women—continue to come up. Porsha asks Vicki directly about leaving the party and whether jealousy played a role in her reaction to NeNe, which Vicki firmly denies. The women ultimately rally around Vicki, and after a few drinks, she finally begins to embrace the trip and "whoop it up."
Miami also brings a tribute to the late Mama Elsa, a round of the Wig Snatcher game, and plenty of opportunities for Luann to demonstrate that she has a lot to say. Unfortunately for everyone else, she doesn't seem particularly interested in letting anyone else get a word in.
Luann's increasingly chaotic commentary reaches its peak during Vicki's toast, when repeated interruptions—including a frantic search for her vape—leave Vicki demanding that someone "gag her." Kyle can barely contain an eye roll, and the women struggle to get Luann to give Vicki the floor.
By the end of the night, Vicki is pleasantly tipsy, Lisa has found comfort in Teresa, and Luann has established herself as the woman most in need of a talking intervention.
Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip
(Season 5, Episode 6)
The Ultimate Girls Trip is officially in Miami—and Luann is officially out of control.
The women meet up with Real Housewives of Miami stars Alexia and Marysol, but the drama from Atlanta isn't staying behind. Gizelle is still over Lisa Barlow's behavior, Teresa continues to defend her, and Gizelle confronts Lisa about her tardiness and the accusations that she's been talking to blogs. Lisa gets emotional, but Teresa is there to comfort her.
Meanwhile, Vicki's Atlanta exit comes back up when Porsha asks whether she was jealous of NeNe. Vicki says absolutely not, and the women ultimately rally around her. With enough cocktails, Vicki finally starts to whoop it up.
Then there's Luann.
The women pay tribute to Mama Elsa, play the Wig Snatcher game, and gather for a toast—but Luann simply cannot stop talking. She interrupts Vicki's toast repeatedly, goes searching for her vape, and generally refuses to understand that perhaps this particular moment isn't about her. Kyle has had enough, Vicki wants someone to "gag her," and the group begins to wonder if Luann needs a talking intervention.
