The *Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip* adventure heads to Atlanta, where surprise appearances, Housewives history, and an ever-growing group of women bring new energy to the trip.
Luann and Vicki continue to get on each other's nerves, while Vicki makes the surprising confession that she has never watched *The Real Housewives of Atlanta*. The women head to a drag brunch featuring Housewives-inspired drag queens before Phaedra makes an appearance—and then NeNe arrives as a surprise, sending the group into a frenzy.
The women are thrilled to see NeNe and take time to reflect on their shared experiences as Housewives. Gizelle also addresses her issues with NeNe, and the two manage to put their conflict behind them. NeNe opens up about Gregg and her current relationship, while Vicki quickly finds herself unexpectedly charmed by the Atlanta icon.
Later, the women attend an alter ego party as even more Housewives arrive. The Potomac and Salt Lake City women join the trip, Kyle and Ashley discuss Kyle's situation with Mauricio, and Gizelle begins asking questions about the tension surrounding Lisa.
