Liz introduces the group to her family, offering a glimpse into her home life. Ashley opens up to Jo-Ellen, deepening their bond—just as tensions begin to brew elsewhere. New Housewife Rulla enters the scene already at odds with Jo-Ellen, and whispers about her husband’s alleged mistress quickly spread.

A small clash between Liz and Rulla hints at bigger issues to come, while Rulla and her husband confront his past infidelity head-on. Meanwhile, Kelsey and Alicia plan a wine-filled getaway, but Jo-Ellen is furious to learn Rulla is invited. When Rulla ultimately backs out, the drama doesn’t.

As the women gather, rumors fly and accusations surface. Kelsey reveals she’s back in the dating game, Jo-Ellen offers an apology, and Liz firmly denies allegations of an affair—leaving the group questioning what’s really true.
