The Real Housewives of New York City Season 16, Episode 6 features Sai questioning Carole Radziwill about Ghislaine Maxwell and escalating drama involving Erin.
In "Moskito Madness," the women continue their island getaway, where attempts to resolve old disagreements only seem to create new ones. Erika clears the air with Erin, but Sai soon discovers that Erin has been gossiping about her, setting off another confrontation.
One of the episode's most uncomfortable moments comes when Sai questions Carole about her past association with Ghislaine Maxwell and references to the Epstein files. The discussion becomes increasingly tense, particularly when Daisy discounts Hailey Glassman's experience. Daisy repeatedly asks Sai, "Are you in a better mood?"—a question that only makes Sai angrier and inspires our podcast episode's title.

In "Moskito Madness," Erika Hammond and Erin manage to clear the air, but Sai soon discovers that Erin has been talking about her behind her back. Sai confronts Erin, while tensions rise during the group's discussion of Carole's past connection to Maxwell. Daisy challenges Sai, repeatedly asking whether she's "in a better mood," which only escalates their disagreement.
Elsewhere, Jessel Taank apologizes to Erin, only to hear that Erin has allegedly been making comments about her husband, Pavit. Erika becomes increasingly frustrated with Daisy, and the group's already uncomfortable vacation takes an even more chaotic turn when Erin steps on broken glass.
The women eventually attempt a game of tipsy tennis, but Sai ends up injured, adding another unfortunate moment to an already eventful trip.
